Traveling south and just past the stately ‘condo corridor’ of Sand Key is the upscale residential community of Belleair Beach. With a population of approx. 1650 full time residents, Belleair Beach exudes a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere providing all the advantages of waterfront living and the charm of an old-fashioned neighborhood. The City of Belleair Beach, chartered in 1950 is located in west-central Pinellas County. Within a short distance, residents and visitors can enjoy world class shopping, professional sporting events, dining, entertainment, and easy access to several international air & sea ports. The City’s 4,500 feet of white sandy beach may be accessed through the City’s four (4) beach accesses, and three (3) resident-only beach parking areas, and Morgan Park. For those seeking park experiences, the City maintains eleven public parks including Morgan Park, Bayside Park, and Crossman Park. The City also maintains two tennis courts and a basketball court near City Hall.

Boaters have several options including the City’s 7th Street Park Boat Ramp and the Municipal Marina. Additionally, the nearby Belleair Causeway Boat Ramp located under the spectacular Belleair Causeway Bridge offers first class boating amenities including 10 boat launching lanes, 108 boat trailer parking spaces, restrooms, a fishing pier, bait house and much, much more.
