Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Land O Lakes, FL.
Cathy was an EXCELLENT realtor. We were first time home buyers and we could not have been more happy with the assistance she gave us. We started to look end of June and made contact with her via Zillow over the 4th of July weekend. We found the home we wanted by the 14th of July! She was responsive, offered us a variety of areas and home types to look at as well as got us in quickly when a property listing was opened up. That is what got us our home! It makes a big difference to have an agent who reacts quickly to your needs in a heating up market and Cathy is definitely that realtor. We close end of August with smooth sailing. It has been a lot less stress then we thought the process would be thanks to her.
